Installed on the slewing supporting holder, the main beam frame can rotate 360°. Pipe supports on the front beam are used to fix and support delivery pipelines. The balancing frame on the rear beam is installed to achieve the balance.

Main Beam Frame
It includes supporting steel pipes, pipe supports, pull bars, a beam.etc.
Installed on the slewing supporting holder, the main beam frame can rotate 360°. Pipe supports on the front beam are used to fix and support delivery pipelines. The balancing frame on the rear beam is installed to achieve the balance.
Balancing Frame
It consists of a balancing frame and a counterweight box.
The counterweight box is installed on the balancing frame, which is fixed by screws on the flange plate of the rear main beam frame. The installation of counterweight box ensures the stability of working.
Supporting Holder
It is formed by welding steel pipes and steel plates together.
Slewing Supporting holder is installed under the main beam frame to support the whole weight. The ball slewing bearing of the supporting holder makes the upper main beam frame rotate 360°,which can place concrete in different area. Flexible outriggers can be adjusted in horizontal distance to make sure it’s stability. Every landing leg must be leveled up when working.
Delivery Pipeline
It includes fixed stand pipes, straight pipes,90°elbows, mobile elbows, slewing forearm, pipe couplings.etc.
Delivery pipelines are fixed on the main beam frame. One end is connected with 90°elbows, the other end is connected with mobile elbows to place concrete within 310°。
Working Principle
Concrete placing boom is connected with concrete pump by elbow, which connects feed pipe of the placing boom and pump pipe. Thus forming the delivery pipeline of pumping construction. Under the pumping working pressure, concrete in the hopper are continuously delivered to the construction site through the delivery pipeline and the rotation of main beam frame and forearm.
